Hi, can anyone identify this plant for me, I think its a wild flower of some kind as it has just appeared.

As Bamboo says difficult to i.d. without a photo of the whole plant then there is the fact that Dactylorizas are extremely promiscuous and create hybrids. That said I 'think' it is D. praetermissa the Southern Marsh Orchid.

Its one of the orchids - without seeing the overall height and size of leaves, hard to say which, but possibly Marsh Orchis.
