when do i pick my onions and how do i store them

You keep a watch until they are the right size, the bigger the better, then just bend the neck over and let be for a few days. Pull or dig up and leave on the ground to dry out for a day. Store in nets or plait the onions together and hang up somewhere cool, dry and airy. Use the onions with the open necks first as they will not keep. We wont be harvesting our onions for over a month yet.
