Can anyone identify this plant please?

I think this is a Centrum, however I have always grown more blue varieties. This one looks purple, can anyone tell me the variety please?

yes i agree, i have a C. dealbata that is dark pink.

Are you sure it's not Centaurea montana??? I haven't ever seen a C. dealbata this dark - they are normally shades of pink.

It looks like Centaurea dealbata, the colours can vary between cultivars.
