What is it?
I have just watched pride and prejudice for the enth time (I'm a sucker for all that romance) and keep meaning to ask if anyone knows what that giant plant is on the terrace at Pemberley? Its like a giant house leak about 3 feet across but with silky looking leaves. Could it be some type of mullien or verbascum. The plant is bigger than my garden but I do love it!

No it was on ITV3 at 4.15 this afternoon and it is the one with Kiera Knightly and Matthew (phew) MacFayden. But truly I would like to know what the plant is!
