i really hope it isnt as they are lovely. sorry i dont really know anything about them. what time of year do the new fronds appear? best to wait till then i would think, if that time has passed then at a guess i would say it has gone to the garden in the sky, but hopefully you will get someone who knows about them to reply. good luck!
