I have two gorgeous bay trees in my garden - they are potted in huge pots. It looks like I have some baby bays coming through - how do I remove them and re-pot? Many Thanks

These are just shoots off the roots beneath the soil - you can try to remove some, but you'd need a good piece of root with each, and that means you're cutting out roots from the parent plant. Up to you whether you do it or just clip them out and dispose of them.
