why as my pyracantha hedge not flowered?

The most likely reason for not flowering is that it was establishing itself and growing very well probably you fed it well to give it a good start. Once the extra food is used up it will start to produce flowers. Another reason could be lack of sunshine, quite possible in 2008. I feel pretty sure it will flowwer this coming year., If you feed it make sure it is a high potash feed, as for Tomatos and Roses, not too much nitrogen.
