I have a rainwater butt with a sack full of well rotted manure, is it ok to use this neet to feed various vegtables in my garden.

Hi Joe and welcome to GoY. Depends how strong it is really i.e. amount of water to manure. I'd be inclined to dilute but if it is a huge rain butt and a small sack of rotted manure you wont need to. If you don't dilute I'd try to avoid watering the leaves with just the soil, just in case it is a bit on the strong side.
