I have a sungold tomato plant that is growing well. It has flowers at the top but none at the bottom - is this usual? When the flowers have turned to fruit do I remove the large lower leaves or just leave it to do its own thing?

Actually, don't remove the healthy loking ones, just when they start to droop a bit and look tired.
