hi all ,some of next doors honeysuckle leaves have turned yellow at the bottom & all the other leaves are covered in a white powder ,all 3 in the garden are the same yet clematis & every other plants are all fine ??? any ideas please

You know what they say - you can take a horse to water, but you can't make it drink...

Sounds like powdery mildew, spray with a fungicide and water the plants well - worse when the plants haven't had enough water.
