I have Zoysia grass and i am starting to get brown patches in it. What causes this and what can I do to correct it?

usually caused by low temperatures, it doesn't like low temperatures at all, although there is something called Zoysia patch disease, which kills the grass, but that tends to cause rust coloured patches rather than just brown.
