They probably won't flower this year but put them in anyway and they will next year.

Soak them in slightly warm water for 2 hours then pot (an inch of compost on top and 6 inches under the bulb) and leave in a sunny spot in the greenhouse, remove them in about 3-4 weeks time and with keep in pot or but in border in garden and I think you may be able to get them to flower this year.
