Please could you take a photo of the whole tree/shrub so we can see the growth habit and a close up of the leaves. Does it have significant flowers?

And how big are those leaves and flowers ?
Sometimes people zoom the image and it can be extra difficult to tell.

It's a Tobira (Pittosporum tobira), probably one of the dwarf kinds, judging by the relative size of the leaf and flower bud.

My first thought was a pittosporum but the image didn't make it clear enough for me.
