Can anyone please tell me what could be the cause of distorted new leaves on my Forsythia. It was quite healthy until I pruned it! I have had in look in my book which suggests it may be irregular watering but some of the leaves also appear to be being nibbled by something. The shrub is obviously quite old and very well established.Many thanks.

My money's on capsid bug, specially if its affecting the newest leaves most - you need a pesticide spray containing fenitrothion.
