Daffodils should be left to naturalise - tulips can be lifted, dried and stored and replanted again in autumn once the leaves have died back or shrivelled.

You dont have to lift them unless you specially need to move them. Let the leaves die down naturally ( I expect they are nearly there now ) because thats the best way to get good flowers next year. Then move them or leave them where they are and plant on top of them and they will come again next year.
