i have a greengage which produced a bumper crop in the 3rd year which became mildewed because of the rain. Since then it has failed to blossom for the passed 6 years. What can I do

Nelhelen, can you answer the questions I asked in the first version of this question? The mildew, by itself, shouldn't have anything to do with fruiting in subsequent years.
