Can you get a closer view of flowers?

Hi Bernard, may I just confer with Bren who from her 'about me' is more expert than I am on this type of shrub.

I have seen this often in parks and public gardens round here (Yorkshire coast) Bren. Not my type of plant and I do not know what it is. But if that gives you a clue then it may help.

John.

That my friend is Viburnum x bodnantense, probably Dawn.

Got Viburnum beetle damage on it too!

Thanks folks for your prompt replies to my question, especially Owdboggy. I'll be out there with my beetle gun tomorrow. Can't do it now, I've run out of amunition! (and it's started raining)
Best wishes

sorry I didn't see this sooner, it looks like mine, correctly identified by Owdboggy. Nicest thing is its fragrance.
