I have grown quiet a selection of seeds, to name a few are: Nicotiana, Galliardia, Aster, Cosmos, Phlox Brulee, Sweet peas and Nigella. When would it be safe to put them outside. I have been hardening them off for a week.

If you were in London, I'd say now, but some of those are tender and where you are, end of May would be best.
