Hi Jacque, I think it is Carex pseudocyperus, and as I said on your original photo request, (just in case you missed it !) it would be better to see the plant in the growing season

You can always tell a Carex as all of them have three sided leaf stems. Personally I would not plant ANY Carex in a garden without checking very very carefully. We have some 'non-invasive ' ones which are now covering dozens of square metres and desperately need killing off as soon as the leaves begin to grow. So take care.
