Best to start those off in pots - multi purpose potting compost will be fine. Sit the corms just under the surface of the compost, water, but don't let them be waterlogged, you need drainage for excess to run out. Once they start growing strongly, plant out wherever you want them, or into bigger containers, baskets, whatever. These plants do well in shade as well as sun. They are not frost hardy, so most years, it would be necessary to keep the pots inside or in a greenhouse until mid to end of May. As its hot at the moment, they'll be okay outside, but make sure you bring them in if the weather returns to more normal conditions for the time of year, and bring them in at night anyway till end of May.
