My daughter bought a Red Robin plant and left it in a pot
for two months and now she has put it in her garden it is not improving and looks really droopy.
What can she do?

Leaving it in the pot for 2 months is fine, shouldn't be a problem as long as it didn't freeze for longer than 8 days, and was kept watered. Follow Inverglen's advice, but add some feed around it, or use a liquid feed, something like General purpose miracle gro or Growmore granules raked into the soil.

If it was outdoors in the pot over winter it is very likely dead - sorry...
