Do you mean the one with yellow and green leaves ?
If so, that's one of the Euonymus group of plants.
Not certain about the one on the right.

It looks like one on right is the same, only reverted back to green. If the green is attahced to the variegated plant, you will need to cut the green off or else it will take over and out compete the variegated piece. Do this to any other green shoots that appear.

Ahh, yes, if that IS all the same plant get rid of the all-green stems asap or it will indeed revert the whole plant back to green.

Yeah its one plant, it confuses me tho, i've looked on the a-z & pics etc and most are described as ground loving plants yet mine seems to be reaching for the sky, we'll have to see what develops, watch this space.... ;-)

I have the tall varieties here, they'll grow to about 6'.

Did you read our comments about cutting off the all-green sections of the plant ?
You need to do this asap Windy or the whole plant will revert back to green and all that attractive variegated green and yellow foliage will disappear for good - THAT is the reason you grow it, for the variegation.

There are the low growing varieties, those are what you read about, this isn't one of them - this type is used for hedging in my back garden.

yeah i've cut off the green leaves, jst got to find the right spot for it which usually means moving/digging up something to make the space....thanks ;-)
