How can I get rid of this for next year

My apple tree has had the problem shown in the photo for the last 2 seasons, can you tell me what it is and how to cure the problem for next season

That is Common apple scab. You need to start spraying the tree after blossom fall with either Copper sulphate which is reasonably organic or Dithane which is a fungicide. You need to spray at 10 day intervals until a fortnight or so before the fruit is ready for picking.
