I have autumn raspberries that I forgot to cut down. They now have small buds all the way up the old stems. Do I cut them now at this late stage or leave them? If I cut them do I cut them to the ground or to a bud?

Heather, cut them right down to ground level, you are only about 2 weeks late. You will have poor results from the old canes.
