Help identifying shrub

Can anyone tell me what this shrub is. I thought it was a cotoneaster at first but the leaves seem opposite rather than alternate. Any ideas of the genus?

Pretty certain it is Lonicera pileata.

Might be lonicera pileata. Related to honeysuckle, but doesn't have any flowers to speak of (well mine never has), its an evergreen foliage shrub.
