Hi everyone, Please can you tell me when is the best time to start Begonnia tubors going after they have been kept dry and frost free over the winter

If you have a warm place in a greenhouse or conservatory, put them in damp compost in a seed tray the right way up.Dew them over from time to time. You may be able to cut some in half, dust the cut ends with sulphur, now is about the time to start them in the South of England.
