I HAVE A YOUNG MIMOSA IN MY GARDEN WHICH WAS FLOURISHING BUT SINCE THE HEAVY SNOW IT HAS NOW GONE VERY DRY AND BROWN - CAN YOU HELP

Answers

Nothing you can do I'm afraid - just wait and see if it puts out new growth by April or May, or check it in March by snapping off (if you can) parts of the topgrowth - if they snap off easily and are dead and brown, its possible the plant has died. These plants are not entirely hardy.
