Hello everyone! I planted four Fuchsia cuttings and have them on the window sill in the lounge they are about 3ins.high and I am wondering if I should nip the tops out and as they are all in the same pot should I re-pot them and if this the time to do it? Thanks

I probably would lightly nip out the tops and if they're pot bound and growing strongly then repotting should be OK. I usually leave it a bit later though ... perhaps late February early March.
