My cordyline (10 years old) l0ft tall (planted in garden) All the leaves are falling off (even the green ones). It seems as though it has not withstood the bad weather we had in December. Can you tell me if this will come back again if we take all the leaves off or do we give up hope and start again?

Inspect the trunk for signs of damage - if there's any rotting, oozing or sogginess, cut down beyond that point now. If no damage to the trunk, leave it alone, just pick up the leaves from the ground as they fall - wait till at least June, by which time it may have started growing lower down the trunk, or be shooting from below ground at the base.
