Plant name and plant care tips

I think it's a plant from the sedum family. They are succulents - like cacti.

Possibly 'String of Buttons' Crassula perforata. It will need to be kept dryish and frost free through the Winter. In a sunny position to keep good colour.

I recently purchased a plant called ' a bloon plant' has lovely white flowers.

I am not sure if it is a hardy plant and will return if i plant it outside or am i better just planting in a pot and keeping in conservatory over winter.
