I note you've already had a sensible answer to the earlier question you asked on this same subject.
As its a hardy annual, you can sow straight into the ground where you want it to flower from March/April onwards - successive sowings will mean you have plants throughout the summer, so stagger the seeds you plant, perhaps 2 weeks apart.
