ANOTHER ONE....
I have purchased seeds and bare roots which are to be planted in february and some seeds in March, but due to the harsh winter, do I need to wait at least another month than on the packaging to make sure, or will early Spring be fine?
All advice welcome

for the bare root plants I'd pot them up and then when the soil is a bit warmer plant them out then. As for the seed if they are going into the soil wait and watch for weed seed germination then sow. If they are to go in a propagator then they can be sown as on the package.
