Mealy bugs for the second, again my eyesight is not what it was.

Owdboggy, are you able to enlarge the photo on your screen at all?

The top leaf has what looks like round, brown seeds and the bottom one is white, fluffy stuff!

The images just get fuzzy when I enlarge them.
Top ones could be infant scale insects. The second ones really do look and sound like Cottony Camellia scale insects.

I have sprayed the undersides, as best as possible, with soapy water and removed some badly infested leaves too.
