my twisted hazel tree has produced x3 nuts, now how and when do i plant them to gow

Late September they will be ripe. then you can take them and eat them. They will grow, but only produce straight forward Hazel trees. The curly Hazel is grafted onto ordinary Hazel roots. It has only ever occured once and EVERY curly Hazel is part of that one original branch on one tree.

Aye would agree with Owdboggy and in fact would not want nuts on twisted hazel as growing from reverted branch rather than collect nuts would cut out branches with nuts on to retain the shape.

Wait until they are slipshell, dip in Paraffin, sow in place you wish them to grow.
