I have a flourishing Philadelphus. However it doesn’t seem to have any scent. Is it the shrub or am I losing my sense of smell.

Is it a new one Arbuthnot? Or has it had scent in past years? I have heard of varieties that don’t have scent. I mean…what’s the point of that?! If it had scent in previous years it could be that your nose is deceiving you.

We had one here that seemed to have no scent to it.
Could be the weird weather we are having.
