hard to tell from the pic, but would say it is a Philodendron, in which case it will need some support, one of thoughs thick moss poles would do fine.

It's only a baby, so it has not tried to climb yet - otherwise, agreed - a Philodendron. Average warmth, no direct sunshine, just-moist compost in winter, more water rest of year. Mist leaves.
