Hi a couple of questions about veg!
I tried growing cauliflower and low and behold I have one!! now should I remove the outer leaves which have been a meal for something to concentrate on the head ? My other questions is I have 2 sweet pepper plants which have started fruiting do I thin out the flower buds ? I think I have to water both heavily daily? And feed weekly with tomato feed ? Is this correct

I would leave the pepper plants alone but make sure that you pick the fruits often to keep them producing. As regards the cauliflowers, pull the leaves together over the head and perhaps attach a loose rubber band. You need to keep the light from the head as it forms otherwise it will turn yellow.
