I have a passion flower that has bloomed well for several years. This year, however, it has healthy foliage but no sign of flowers. Should I take it out or wait to see what happens next year?

Have you been feeding it? Sometimes they become so happy with new growth that they have no need to flower. A little bit of stress makes the plant think that it might not survive and needs to flower to produce seed. I would feed a couple of times in late summer with just Sulphate of Potash and nothing else. Only an observation though.
