My laburnum has hardly flowered this year. First picture is my tree and second one is one down the road from me! Big difference. Any ideas how I can encourage to flower better next year? ( I did feed it with fish, blood & bone in early spring) Thanks

It would say that as Laburnums become older then they can cease flowering every year. I would give it a feed of Sulphate of Potash several times throughout the summer to perhaps give it some encouragement and see what it does next year.
