Could anyone tell me why my Agapanthus is weeping creamy puss out of the bulbs/rhizones when I gently squeeze them I normaly have shoots in April but nothing.

Usually that means it has rotten away and is probably quite smelly.
put them somewhere dry and see but in my experience they are for the compost bin.

Mmmmm! I wonder if the frost has got at it,
or over watered or the may have been sitting in water, Maybe one of these reasons :o((
