sorry I am not sure what you are asking.
if you buy it to dilute, always make it to the correct strength or weaker ie more water than recommended. dont make it stronger as it will harm the plants.
unless it is a foliar feed do not splash it on the leaves.

When you apply lawn food by hand, you get a more even application by sowing half of the dose for the area walking north and south, then sow the other half walking east and west. Other than that, I'm not sure what Guest means.
