they respond well to pruning so why not give it a good trim so it can stay in place.

You will have to be very careful of damaging the roots of the other two shrubs - they may well be tangled together by now.

in that case you could do it now or in spring. Prune down to about 2ft tall and carefully dig the plant up. It may be the other 2 shrubs also need to be lifted to disentangle them. replant asap ,firm in and water well.
