I have several baskets of trailing begonia(illumimation) which have put on a spectacular display, although late comming out. Is it possible to over winter these plants as they are really great and I would love to keep them for next year. Or do I have to buy new plants?

I believe "Illumination" is a tuberous begonia, in which case you keep the tubers dry and frost free til spring next year when you can start them into growth again by planting in fresh compost indoors or in a greenhouse. Watch out for vine weevil grubs that like to eat the tubers in storage though.
