if it happens even more after watering it is sap or exudate and nothing to worry about.
as gases are exchanged from the leaf water vapour is also released, just like when we breathe, and it slowly builds up and depending on the shape of the leaf it can collect at the tips of the leaves.
the droplet can contain sugars too.
