hi,is there anything i can plant in my veg garden at this time of year, it is getting quite empty now.

Hello John, Gardeners' World prog last night said that you can plant some winter onion sets now - they tried one called "Troy" I think. And Alys thingummyjig was planting coriander seeds in pots, they won't bolt at this time of year. Will need protection against cold nights. Fresh coriander is lovely to cook with.
I agree, otherwise the beds are looking empty, shame isn't it.
