Frost damaged dahlia. Oops I left this dahlia outside by accident and now has frost damage. I have cut most of damage out and wondered will it recover? Would a feed help it recover?

Keep it frost free and hopefully there will be more dormant buds on the tubers for it to start off again. Don't feed it yet as extra food will not encourage any new growth.
