Good evening all, I've two questions please, my Agapanthus is starting to sprout can I move it now? also I'm wondering should this Saliva be cut right back or is it dead? Thanks.

yes move the agapanthus now.
the salvia may well come away from the rootstock. I often find S nemerosa does this. the woody/shrubby ones may break lower down. Scratch the skin with your thumb nail if it looks green underneath it is alive, if it is pale brown then that bit is dead.
