This is a lovely shrub and I have always wanted one but I think it prefers an acidic soil and I am on chalk.
Now would be a good time to buy it so you can see the colour of the flowers. But don't plant it in its final position until there is no more frosts.

I haven't got the space for it on the back path sadly.
