Quite suddenly I can’t send a photo. I select choose file, select photo library, select the photo I want to send, select the size and then I’m stuck, there’s nothing further I can do. Can you help Thanks.

Must ask my daughter what a jpg extension is. I’ve never needed to have one before. Thanks B.

Just use the format you've always been using before this happened.

First you have to check the format. Photos should have a .jpg extension. After you 'select' the photo, you have to click 'open' or 'attach' then click 'send'. Make sure your file meets the specifactions of the program you are using.
