some leaves on my fuchsia plant have turned yellow with black spots on them
what is this and how do i get rid of them

Fuchsia rust.
Pick off and destroy all the infected leaves. You could spray with a systemic fungicide like the one sold for treating Rose blackspot.

Please be careful with blackspot sprays as they are toxic to bees. Spray before or after the bees visit your flowers.
